A single entry tourist visa can be got at US Dollars 50 but this excludes the exempted states. This is valid for 1 month or 30 days.
It is now possible to obtain Rwanda visa on arrival at Kigali International Airport or land border points. This policy was introduced on 1st January 2018 and it meant that African Union member states, Commonwealth and La Francophone can obtain their visas on arrival and the fees were waived for a period of 1 month/30 days. Citizens from East African Community member states will be issued with entry visa at free cost on arrival valid till 6 months.
